- Detailed study and approval of Project Planning, Periodic Tracking as per MSP plan
- Resource plan monitoring- Labour, Material, Manpower, Plant & Machinery
- Timely Approval and submission of MIS Reports-, costing reports, operational reports, budget cash flows, billing reports, Material indent tracking- pertaining to project
- Change Management Monitoring, Analysis and Final Reporting
- Monitoring Sequence of Work to ensure Cost, Quality & Time effectiveness
- Ensure proper execution of processes/systems/ procedures for the project as per SOP
- Budgeting/Execution
- Detailed review and approval of Project Budget on periodic basis
- Preparation of Projected Cash Flow for 3 months & monthly tracking

- Design




- Monitoring of Design Review meeting and sharing feedback

- QS Billing

- Bill Scheduling- Tracking of complete billing process from Work Done till submission of bills to HO

- Contractor/Vendor

- Approval of Tender Document based on standard description
- Preparation of WO will be based on tender document

- Handover/Transition

Organize snag audit and ensure de snagging based on the report presented by the Auditors for smooth handover to customers/FMC and also validate the unit based de snagging certificate provided by Senior Engineer
