Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mohali.

The Project

Manager will oversee real estate content and PropTech projects, coordinating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements.

Key responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating resources and field teams, tracking project progress, and resolving issues that may affect quality or deadlines.



The role will also involve regular communication with clients to understand requirements, provide project updates, manage feedback, and ensure successful project delivery.

The Project

Manager will coordinate with internal teams, drone pilots, photographers, videographers, and other field resources where required, while also supporting quality checks, site coordination, and continuous improvement of project processes and documentation.

Qualifications

- Robust Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and tracking.
- Ability to identify and resolve project delays, issues, and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience in quality checking and inspection of project deliverables as per client requirements and standards.
- Ability to coordinate field teams, resources, equipment, and site activities across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.
- Experience in a creative, media, content production, advertising, or related industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in real estate, construction, media, or PropTech will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
