Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage MEP project activities and resources.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations.




- Prepare project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in MEP.
- Proven track record of successfully managing MEP projects.
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and technologies.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
