Job Title: Project Manager

Function: Delivery & Account Governance

Reporting To: KAG Owner

Location: South / As Applicable

Role Summary The Project Manager is the single-point accountable owner for end-to-end project delivery and commercial realization for assigned Key Account Group (KAG) accounts, and /or Non-KAG Accounts. The role ensures that project execution is seamlessly converted into timely billing and collections in line with contractual terms,

revenue targets, and cash flow objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Overall Project Accountability

 Own the complete project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, billing,

collections, and closure.

 Upsell / Cross sell in existing KAG accounts,

drive revenue number of KAG owned accounts

 Ensure delivery adherence to scope, timelines,

quality, and contractual obligations.

 Act as the single point of accountability for risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

 Drive regular governance reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.

 Maintain accurate project documentation, plans,

and leadership status reports.

- Billing Discipline (Within 3 Days of Project

Execution)

 Ensure billing readiness is planned as part of project initiation.

 Coordinate with delivery and finance teams to validate milestone or execution completion.

 Ensure invoices are raised within 3 working days of milestone completion or project execution.

 Track and resolve billing delays proactively.





 Maintain project and account-level billing trackers.

- Collections Ownership (Within 30 Days / As

Per Contract)

 Own collections follow-up against raised invoices in coordination with Finance/AR teams.

 Ensure payment realization within 30 days or in line with contractual payment terms.

 Engage customers on pending payments,

disputes, and acceptance clarifications.

 Escalate overdue invoices with impact assessment and recovery plans.

 Report AR ageing and collections status in governance forums.

Skills & Competencies

 Strong project and delivery management experience.

 Understanding of contracts, milestone-based billing, invoicing, and collections.

 High ownership and execution rigor.

 Robust stakeholder communication and escalation management skills.

Qualification & Experience

 Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering,

Technology, or Management.

 3- 5 years of experience in project or delivery management roles.

 Experience working with large enterprise,

education, or government accounts preferred.

Key Success Metrics (KPIs)

 On-time project delivery performance.

 Own KAG owned accounts, grow revenue,

upsell / Cross Sell in existing KAG owned accounts

 Billing completed within 3 working days of execution or milestone completion.

 Collections cycle time and AR ageing.

 Revenue leakage or billing slippage incidents.

 Stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
