Role - Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- KPI & KRA Tracking – Closely monitor employee KPIs and KRAs, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- People Coordination – Work closely with employees and managers to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and execution.
- Performance Management – Maintain performance trackers, identify gaps, and follow up on action areas.
- Policy Development – Assist in drafting and implementing policies related to KPIs, KRAs, performance, and operational processes.
- Process Management – Identify operational gaps and drive improvements for better efficiency and accountability.
- Reporting & MIS – Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management updates.




- Stakeholder Management – Coordinate with different teams and managers to ensure timely execution of operational initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong people management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, KRAs, and performance management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create trackers, reports, and performance dashboards.
- Strong ownership and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.
- Prior experience in Operations, People Operations, HR Operations, or Performance Management is a plus.
