Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to manage the planning, coordination and delivery of technology projects across OTT, streaming and media workflows.

The role involves working closely with Engineering, DevOps, Video Operations, QA, NOC, vendors and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and as per requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources and risks.
- Convert business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, DevOps, QA, NOC and other technical teams.
- Track multiple projects, POCs, dependencies and deliverables.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors and technology partners.
- Conduct project reviews and prepare status reports, MOMs and action trackers.
- Manage UAT, issue resolution, change requests, deployment and handover.
- Maintain project documentation,



Jira boards and progress dashboards.
- Track project schedules, costs and potential delivery risks.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or Technical Delivery.
- Experience managing cross-functional technology projects.
- Valuable understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in OTT, streaming or broadcast/media technology.
- Knowledge of live and VoD streaming workflows.
- Familiarity with HLS, MPEG-DASH, RTMP, SRT, CDN, DRM and ABR.
- Basic understanding of AWS/GCP, APIs, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience handling customer POCs, third-party integrations or production launches.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
