Key Skills Required

- Good communication & documentation skills — ability to handle project reports, drawings & site follow-ups independently.
- Valuable exposure to civil project planning, strong negotiation skills , contractor management, labour handling & on-site supervision.
- Ability to manage civil designing & specifically for interior works, BOQ preparation, schedules, work progress tracking & coordination with vendors.




- Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel etc.

Experience:

- Minimum 7+ years in Civil & interior Projects / Construction Management.
- Qualification: Preferably B.Tech / Diploma in Civil.
- Age Preference: Preferably Above 40 Years.
- Residence Preference: Faridabad / Palwal preferred.
