We’re Hiring: Project Manager – E-Invoicing Implementations

Complyance is looking for an experienced, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise e-invoicing implementations across the UAE.

You will manage customer projects from kickoff through requirements, implementation, UAT,

go-live, hypercare, closure, and handover to Customer Success and Support. Projects may involve API integrations, ERP integrations, file-based processes, and manual-upload solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Own project planning, schedules, milestones, forecasts, and delivery governance.
- Coordinate customer business and IT teams, ERP partners, and internal functional and technical teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RACI, RAID logs, decision logs,

change requests, and status reports.
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and formal change-control processes.
- Facilitate customer governance meetings and executive steering committees.
- Coordinate requirements, solution-design approvals, UAT readiness, defect resolution, and customer acceptance.
- Lead go-live governance, cutover planning, hypercare, and project closure.
- Ensure complete, auditable project records and a smooth transition to Customer Success and

Support.
- Track contracted milestones and support milestone-invoicing readiness.
- Escalate delivery, resource, scope, and commercial risks promptly.

What we’re looking for





- 5–10 years of project management experience in enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, or integration implementations.
- Proven experience managing projects through production go-live, hypercare, and closure.
- Experience with API integrations and ERP or financial-system implementations.
- Working knowledge of finance, accounting, and invoicing processes.
- Strong project planning, RAID management, change-control, and executive-reporting skills.
- Experience coordinating customers, implementation partners, and cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects based on complexity and approved capacity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and project-management tools.
- Willingness to work UAE business hours and undertake approved business travel.

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar

ERP platforms.
- Experience in e-invoicing, tax technology, regulatory technology, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing UAE or GCC enterprise customers.
- Experience coordinating implementations across multiple entities, ERP systems, or partners.
