Project Manager & Business Analyst

Experience: 4 Years (relevant) | Location: Ahmedabad (WFO) | Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh/month (based on previous salary and interview performance)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager & Business Analyst to work closely with the sales and business development team on proposals, presales, and client solutioning. Hands-on experience with AI tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team on proposals and pitches; act as technical expert in BD meetings

Manage the full proposal lifecycle — scope finalization, solution review, commercials, submission

Work closely with clients to capture requirements and devise effective solutions

Ensure delivery capability matches client requirements

Respond to RFIs and proposal requests; present proposals alongside the sales team

Produce detailed costings and ensure contract profitability

Desired Skills

Proven track record in requirement scoping, functional analysis, solution design, effort/cost estimation, proposal preparation, and client presentations





Presales experience — guiding solution innovation, win themes, proposal flow, and value proposition across Fixed Price, T&M;, and Service-based engagements

Hands-on experience in solutioning, design, estimation, sizing, and proposal writing

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex opportunities

Exposure to technology stacks like UX, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce

Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working independently and in teams

Key Skills Required

Project scope analysis, SOW/SRS/FRS/DFD preparation, project planning, time & cost estimation, resource allocation, risk & conflict management, team coordination, client communication

Experience with website and web application requirements

Solid interpersonal skills and ability to deliver accurately under tight deadlines
