Role Description The Project Manager role at Burgonomics is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for new and ongoing outlet initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing logistics, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth communication across stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring project risks, conducting inspections to verify compliance with brand and operational standards, and implementing process improvements.

Manager will document project plans,



report on status and performance, and help scale Burgonomics’ concept by ensuring consistent, efficient rollout of projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, resolve bottlenecks, and keep project workflows on track.
- Candidates should possess Inspection and quality oversight skills to ensure outlets and operations meet Burgonomics’ standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle materials, vendor coordination, and operational readiness for new and existing outlets.
- Relevant experience in F&B;, retail, or operations-focused environments, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, concept-driven brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field is preferred; project management certifications are an advantage.
