Apave International India is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Team Leader – Third Party Inspection (TPI) to manage large-scale Third Party Inspection and Vendor Inspection assignments for major Oil &

- Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and EPC clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage large-scale TPI and Vendor Inspection projects for key clients.

- Manage multidisciplinary inspection teams, including inspector deployment, resource planning and project coordination.

- Ensure timely delivery of inspection services, reports and other contractual deliverables.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

- Lead project reviews, address client concerns and manage escalations effectively.

- Monitor project KPIs, resource utilization, productivity and contractual compliance.

- Take responsibility for project profitability, including cost control, resource optimization, billing coordination and margin improvement.

- Identify opportunities for additional scope, contract extensions and cross-selling of TPI/TIC services.

- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads from existing and prospective clients.

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable technical and quality standards.

- Provide technical, operational and commercial leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical,



Production, Metallurgy or a relevant Engineering discipline.

- 12–18 years of relevant experience in TPI/TIC, EPC, Oil &
- Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical sectors.

- Proven experience in managing large and complex inspection contracts/projects.

- Experience handling major Owner/EPC organizations or key accounts such as Reliance Industries or similar organizations.

- Strong experience in managing inspection teams and deployment of inspectors across multiple locations/projects.

- Good understanding of Third Party Inspection, Vendor Inspection and TIC services.
