Job Summary:

The Associate Project Manager will support and lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects,ensuring alignment with organizational policies, standards, and strategic goals. This role includes assisting in project governance, tracking project budgets, preparing reports, and managing select projects directly. The Associate ProjectManager will work closely with the PMO team to ensure smooth project progression and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Project Support: Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and monitor projects, assisting in all phases to ensure successful project outcomes.

 Project Governance: Enforce adherence to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all projects.

 Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports detailing project status, including any risks and issues, for stakeholders and senior management.

 Cost and Budget Tracking: Track and monitor project budgets and profitability for designated projects as specified by management.

 Project Management: Independently manage selected projects, overseeing them from initiation to completion and meeting all scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s in Enginerring, MBA, Project Management or a related field.





Skills and Experience:

 Experience: 3-5 years in project coordination or project management roles, ideally in a PMO or similar setting.

 Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

 Analytical Skills: Competency in budget and cost tracking, with the ability to monitor profitability and address any variances effectively.

 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder updates.

 Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
