Key Requirements
· 12–18 years of experience in Project Management, with strong exposure to Data Centre / Critical Infrastructure / Electrical projects
· Proven experience in leading large teams and handling multiple high-value projects
· Strong understanding of data centre ecosystem and turnkey project execution
· Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and client handling (CXO level exposure preferred)
· Experience in commercial management (P&L;, contracts, costing, margin improvement)
· Robust leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
