Position Summary:

The Executive – Project Management will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and driving formulation development and commercial projects across multiple dosage forms including Tablets, Oral Liquids, Pastes, Ointments, Injectables, and other pharmaceutical formulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for formulation development and lifecycle management projects.
- Coordinate project activities from product conceptualization to commercial launch.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, risks, and resource constraints.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and organizational objectives.

Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with R&D;, Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, Packaging Development, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions.
- Organize and facilitate project review meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Ensure effective communication among internal stakeholders and external partners such as CMOs, CROs, vendors, and customers.

Product Development & Technology Transfer
- Support formulation development projects involving tablets, oral solids, liquids, semi-solids, and sterile injectables.
- Coordinate scale-up activities, exhibit batch planning, process validation, and technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
- Track critical project milestones related to development, validation, registration, and commercialization.

Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Coordinate submission timelines and documentation requirements for domestic and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, WHO, USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate documentation readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.





Risk Management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor changes in project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Escalate critical issues to management with appropriate recommendations and corrective actions.

Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project status reports, management dashboards, presentations, etc.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, and change control records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related data and documentation.

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide periodic project updates to senior management.
- Support customer communication and project review meetings when required.

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical formulation development and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of dosage forms including:
- Tablets
- Oral Liquids
- Suspensions
- Syrups
- Pastes
- Ointments
- Injectable formulations
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, technology transfer, validation, and regulatory filing processes.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical quality systems and change management procedures.

- Exposure to regulated markets such as US, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, etc. markets.
