Job Summary

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety,

profitability, client satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Project planning & execution across multiple sites.
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers and Coordinators.
- Budgeting, cost control and profitability monitoring.
- Client relationship and stakeholder management.
- Vendor, subcontractor and procurement management.
- Quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Project monitoring, MIS reporting and risk management.
- Contract administration, billing and collections.
- Technical leadership for VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting & Piping.
- Continuous process improvement.





Qualifications Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering; MBA preferred.

Experience: 12–18 years in HVAC projects with leadership experience.

Skills: Leadership, Communication, MS Project/Primavera, ERP, Cost Control, Contract

Management, Client Management.
