We are looking for a Project Executive / Project Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end project installation and execution activities for LED Displays, Digital Signage and related solutions. The role will involve close coordination with clients, fabrication teams, installation teams and internal technical teams to ensure projects are completed within timelines and as per quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Installation

- Follow up and coordinate with teams for project installation at client sites.
- Ensure installation activities are carried out as per project specifications and timelines.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Conduct site inspections and collect evidence/documentation as per project checklist.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve installation-related issues at site.
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed project schedule.
- Coordinate deployment of installation teams based on site readiness.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients regarding project requirements, site readiness and installation schedules.
- Share project prerequisites with clients as per the agreed scope.
- Follow up with clients to ensure site readiness before installation.
- Coordinate with clients during project execution and address project-related requirements.
- Ensure smooth project handover to the client after successful installation.

Pre-Installation & Site Readiness





- Check site prerequisites and readiness before deployment of the installation team.
- Coordinate with fabrication and production teams to ensure material readiness.
- Conduct fabrication quality checks before dispatch/installation.
- Verify that all required materials and components are available at site.
- Coordinate installation activities according to site readiness.

Project Handover & Closure

- Coordinate project handover to the client after completion.
- Arrange necessary training for the client/DS team related to Digital Signage and LED systems.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and installation records.
- Follow up on pending issues until project closure.
- Coordinate with the support team for post-installation requirements.
