Role Overview:
This role owns the mechanical design integrity and quality control of these systems end-to-end: from design review and tolerance analysis, through fabrication QC, to installation and commissioning at site. The objective is to eliminate mechanical-design-driven failures and rework, both in-house and in the field.

Job Location: HO - Dadra Nagar Haveli / Vapi, with travel to customer sites
Purpose:
This role plays a supporting role towards the IO mechanical machine from fabrication stage to internal trials & feedback for design improvements. Job involves mechanical quality control & hands on support during fabrication, assembly, trials to completion of PDI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with Production to prepare the Machine as per Design requirements.
- Implement QC checkpoints across the build cycle: incoming inspection of mechanical components, in-process fabrication checks, sub-assembly QC, and functional testing.
- Support installation and commissioning at customer sites.
- Work closely with the electrical/software integration team to ensure mechanical design supports
feedback, logic and data acquisition requirements.
Qualifications &Experience;:
Education
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Experience:
- 4 - 6 years. QC processes, handled - pneumatics & hydraulics circuits, shop floor experience with manufacturing machines &their; tools.
- Prior exposure to site installation/commissioning of automated equipment at customer plants is a solid advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in machine drawings study
- Sound working knowledge of QC process.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Working knowledge of QC/quality tools: FMEA, root cause analysis, inspection/test reports.
- Exposure to PLC-integrated mechanical systems, encoders and motion control is desirable.
Other:
- Willingness to travel to vendor facilities and customer sites for installation and commissioning support.
- Strong documentation discipline and clear technical communication.
