Project Coordinator – Software Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate multiple software projects, track project activities, follow up with teams and clients, maintain documentation, and ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate software projects from initiation to go-live and closure.

Track tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables.

Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Support teams.

Conduct regular follow-ups on pending and delayed activities.

Schedule internal and client meetings and prepare MOMs.

Track MOM action items, owners, and target dates until closure.

Coordinate client requirements, clarifications, feedback, and approvals.

Maintain project plans, SOWs, requirement documents, trackers, and status reports.

Support Sprint Planning, UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.

Track project risks, issues, blockers, and change requests.

Escalate critical delays and dependencies to management.

Prepare weekly/project-wise status reports for management.

Required Skills:





2–5 years of software project coordination experience.

Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.

Strong communication, documentation, and client coordination skills.

Excellent task tracking and follow-up capability.

Working knowledge of Jira/Azure DevOps or similar project-management tools.

Basic understanding of web, mobile, API, database, QA, and deployment processes.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science/MBA or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Domain Experience:

ERP, HRMS, CRM, SaaS, Web/Mobile Applications, AI/IoT, or enterprise software projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
