Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate and monitor solar installation projects from order confirmation to final commissioning. This is a field-based role involving regular site visits, coordination with customers and project teams, material follow-up, and utility-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate solar projects from initial order to installation and commissioning.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with customers, site engineers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on site readiness, installation schedules, and project timelines.
- Coordinate material movement and delivery of solar panels, inverters, and other project materials.
- Coordinate activities related to BESCOM/DISCOM approvals, net metering, inspections, and commissioning.
- Follow up with concerned teams to resolve site-level issues and avoid project delays.




- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and as per required standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to the concerned team and management.

Requirements
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for field work and site visits.
- Experience in solar projects / solar installation / EPC / project coordination preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project sites and coordinate with different teams.
- Knowledge of solar installation, BESCOM/DISCOM procedures, net metering, and commissioning will be an advantage.
