Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage project billing process from order to cash, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Prepare and send out invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and other financial documents on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments, credits, and debts.
- Collaborate with finance department to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Project Billing role (O2C) in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP/Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV an added advantage.
