Incumbent should have min experience of 3-5 yrs ,efficient in 3D modelling works , sketch up & photoshop & IIT Kharagpur pass out will have added advantage.

- Ability to create cutting-edge & practical design for Residential & Commercial spaces & Landscape designing .
- Pre-Design Management
- End to End ownership in meeting clients, gathering client requirements, site coordination , material selection.
- Conversant with providing detailed material specification, site supervision and execution.
- Complete drawing sets to be released keeping every detail in mind. Ensure all the Line drawings, 3-D layouts & GFC drawings are provided well in time, along with material specifications.




- Design and material approved from management as per budget and value engineering or change design
- Co ordination our in-house design architect ,MEP, structural team.
- Coordination with contract and purchase department.
- Design provide to site for execution.
- Execution Phase , cordinate among vendor,site engineer and project manager.
- Weekly meeting working progress, to monitor work as per design ,materials qualities and qualities and time frame set by project management and planning department.
