About BuildSpireBuildSpire is a multidisciplinary real estate and built-environment company offering services across Architecture & Design, Marketing & Branding, Construction & Project Management, and 3D Visualisation.

We are looking for a Project Architect to join BuildStudio and own architectural projects from design development through documentation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural design development from concept to execution.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop design solutions aligned with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to resolve design and execution issues.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution aligns with approved designs and drawings.
- Review shop drawings, material selections, and technical submissions.
- Manage project deliverables, revisions, timelines, and documentation.




- Communicate with clients and stakeholders and incorporate project feedback.
- Identify and resolve architectural and technical issues during execution.

Requirements
- B.Arch from a recognised institution.
- 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction, materials, detailing, and site execution.
- Strong design, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage project deliverables independently and meet timelines.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working on high-rise apartment / residential projects will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in large-scale residential, villa, or luxury residential projects.
- Hands-on experience in consultant coordination and construction-stage execution.
