Designed specifically for unbuilt real estate, Propall AI helps teams visualize projects instantly and make faster, more informed decisions.

Role Description The Project and Design Coordinator will manage day-to-day coordination of design projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment between internal teams, clients, and external partners. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities include tracking project timelines and deliverables, organizing requirements, and supporting project documentation and reporting. The coordinator will work closely with design, product, and sales teams to translate architectural and interior design inputs into clear briefs, support design reviews,



and help optimize workflows around Propall AI’s visualization tools. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, resolving minor project issues, and contributing to process improvements to enhance project quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Relevant bachelor’s degree in architecture/interior design. (B.Arch preferred)
- Strong project coordination and project management skills to plan, track, and deliver multiple design projects.
- Clear and qualified communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Background or demonstrated understanding in interior design to interpret design specifications and support visual outputs.
- Knowledge of architecture or architectural workflows to work effectively with floor plans and real estate projects.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
