POSITION: PROJECT ANALYST

We are looking for an Entry-Level Project Analyst who can support and coordinate projects across functions, work closely with technical and business teams, and ensure that project requirements, documentation and deliverables are clearly defined, tested and tracked.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented and confident in communicating with different stakeholders.

What are you going to do?

● Support the planning, coordination and execution of projects across different teams.

● Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and action items.

● Coordinate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Business and Client Success teams to ensure smooth project execution.

● Perform data labelling, annotation and validation for AI/ML and Computer Vision projects as per defined guidelines.

● Review and maintain the quality, accuracy and consistency of labelled datasets.

● Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of applications, platforms and project deliverables based on defined test cases and requirements.

● Identify, document and report bugs, issues, inconsistencies and usability gaps during UAT and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

● Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, test reports and other project-related records.

● Assist in preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on business and client requirements.

● Support the preparation of business proposals, project proposals, presentations and requirement documents.





● Assist in preparing and maintaining sprint plans,task lists and project schedules.

● Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.

● Attend project and client meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items.

● Support research, data collection and analysis required for project planning, testing and decision-making.

● Help identify project risks, delays, dependencies and communication gaps and escalate them appropriately.

● Ensure project information, testing results and operational records are accurately documented, organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

You need to have:

● B.E./B.Tech/BCA/B.Com from a recognized institution.

● MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Strategy or a related field is preferred.

● Robust verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to prepare clear and structured documents, presentations,trackers and reports.

● Basic understanding of project management, product development, software testing and business processes.

● Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and documentation tools.

● Strong attention to detail, particularly while performing data labelling,testing and quality checks.

● Ability to identify issues, document observations clearly and follow defined processes.

● Proactive approach with robust follow-up and coordination skills.

● Ability to work independently, take ownership and learn quickly.

● Ability to thrive in an intense, fast-paced, hands-on startup environment.
