About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented Program Analyst to support and track SoC Power activities across multiple stakeholder teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with SoC Power engineers, design teams, PD, DFT teams, and program managers to ensure seamless tracking of tasks, deliverables, and dependencies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Task Tracking
Track SoC Power tasks, deliverables, and receivables from internal and external stakeholders.
Core Power dependencies like Power budgets/CRs/PIE issues
CAD , IT Tickets tracking to closure
Maintain and update program dashboards, schedules, risk trackers, and task matrices.
Follow up with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Consolidate status updates and highlight blockers, risks, or deviations from plan.
Ensure all program management documents are accurate, current, and accessible.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with SoC integration teams : Track project Receivables from various stakeholders
Facilitate regular syncups, meetings, and checkins with team members.
Support creation of meeting notes, action items, and follow-up tasks.
Communicate clearly and effectively with various engineering and management teams.
Data & Reporting
Use Excel to maintain trackers, pivot tables, summaries, and status reports.
Prepare weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership.
Generate dashboards or visual summaries that highlight project progress.
Required Skills & Competencies
2 to 5 years of experience in project task tracking, program coordination, or program analysis (preferably in semi conductor, embedded systems, or electronics domain).
Solid understanding of SoC development lifecycle (preferred).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
Strong communication and interpersonal skillscomfortable interacting with multiple engineering teams.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and drive tasks to closure.
Preferred Qualifications
B.E. in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Experience supporting SoC/ASIC/semiconductor development programs.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or internal workflow tools.
