As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps engineer to build, automate, secure, and operate our cloud-native SaaS platform. Description

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
- Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and up-to-date AI frameworks.
- Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate client objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.
- Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking,



and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes, enhance data-driven insights, and deliver measurable business value.

Preferred Experience:

- 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs.
- Domain experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences(HLS) is a plus
- PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree/MBA in Technology or Business Management is an advantage.
