- Build a high-performing rider team by improving acquisition, onboarding, retention, productivity, and

earnings.
- Optimize dark store operations by identifying bottlenecks and improving order processing, picking, packing,

and dispatch.
- Improve warehouse efficiency across inventory movement, receiving, put-away, replenishment, and dispatch.
- Use data to identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve performance and efficiency.
- Build scalable processes and systems in collaboration with technology and operations teams across stores and cities.
