We are looking for a strong Program/Delivery Leader with experience in Microsoft technologies, .NET, AI, and digital transformation:

- 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong expertise in Program/Delivery Management.
- Proven experience managing Microsoft .NET-based projects and enterprise technology programs.
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI, automation, cloud, application modernization, and digital transformation.
- Experience managing enterprise programs, multi-team delivery, complex technology initiatives, and stakeholder governance.
- Robust understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem, including .NET, Azure, APIs, microservices, and application modernization.
- Exposure to AI solutions such as:
- AI/ML-based automation
- Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Microsoft Copilot and AI integrations

- Intelligent workflow automation
- AI-enabled application modernization





- Enterprise AI transformation
- Strong experience in program planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, dependency management, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client engagement, and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing global or enterprise customers and distributed technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across engineering, architecture, cloud, data, AI, business, and leadership teams.

Experience working with technical architects, engineering teams, product teams, and business stakeholders on large-scale technology programs.
