Role Summary

Role: Program Manager

Experience: 5-10 years | Qualification: MBA/PG or B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile)

Key Responsibilities

Manage district-level operations of 108, 102 & 1962 services.

Lead and manage 300-400 field staff in a 24*7 workplace.

Ensure SLA, response time and service quality compliance.

Coordinate with District Administration, CMO, & government authorities.

Handle fleet readiness, manpower planning, MIS reporting and escalations.

Manage hospital, vendor and stakeholder coordination.

Conduct district review meetings and drive community awareness activities.

Key Skills: Operations Management, Team Leadership, Government Liaison, SLA Management, MIS, Crisis Management & Manpower Planning.
