Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager with 8–10 years of experience in managing cybersecurity projects, customer transitions, service delivery, and project governance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project transition management, stakeholder communication, cyber security operations, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.The role requires working closely with customers, delivery teams, solution architects, SOC teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and successful service transitions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Transition & Onboarding

 Lead end-to-end transition of cybersecurity projects from Sales/Pre-Sales to Delivery.

 Develop detailed transition plans, project schedules,



and migration roadmaps.

 Conduct project kick-off meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.

 Coordinate knowledge transfer (KT) sessions between implementation, operations, and customer teams.

 Ensure completion of transition checklists, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.

 Manage operational readiness before Go-Live.

 Identify transition risks and implement mitigation strategies.

 Track transition milestones and ensure successful service handover.

2. Project Management

 Manage multiple cybersecurity implementation and managed security projects simultaneously.

 Prepare project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

 Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

 Monitor project health using KPIs and project dashboards.

 Conduct regular governance meetings with customers and leadership.

 Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and agreed timelines.

 Maintain RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency) logs.

 Manage project documentation and sign-offs.

3. Cyber Security Delivery Management

Coordinate delivery of services including:

 MDR, VAPT, EDR/XDR, SIEM Implementation, Firewall & Network Security, Cloud and Email Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Compliance Projects

4. Customer Relationship Management

 Act as the primary customer interface throughout project execution.

 Build strong customer relationships.

 Conduct Weekly Operational Reviews (WOR), Monthly Service Reviews (MSR), and Quarterly, Business Reviews (QBR).





 Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

 Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

5. Governance & Reporting

 Prepare weekly project status reports.

 Track project financials and resource utilization.

 Monitor SLA and KPI compliance.

 Present executive dashboards to senior management.

 Maintain project documentation and audit readiness.

6. Risk & Compliance Management

 Perform project risk assessments.

 Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans.

 Ensure compliance with organizational security policies.

 Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory initiatives where applicable.

Required Project Management Skills

 Project Planning, Transition Planning, Resource Planning, Risk Management, Budget Management, Stakeholder Management and so on.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.

Experience Required

 8–10 years of overall IT/Cyber Security experience.

 Minimum 4–5 years managing cybersecurity projects.

 Proven experience leading project transitions from implementation to managed services.

 Experience managing SOC, MDR, SIEM, cloud security, and infrastructure security projects.

 Strong customer-facing experience with enterprise clients.

 Experience handling multiple concurrent projects
