Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Program Manager who loves bringing ambitious ideas into the world. You'll lead a portfolio of programs that sit at the intersection of AI, art, culture, research and community engagement. One week you might be coordinating an international residency, the next launching a public workshop, supporting an artist using AI, managing relationships with cultural institutions, or helping deliver a global research collaboration.

This role is for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You'll work closely with founders, researchers, artists, engineers and international partners to turn ideas into well-run, high-impact programs.

- Support grant-funded initiatives, reporting and impact documentation.
- Build operational systems that help programs scale.
- Work with the communications team to share stories, document outcomes and amplify impact.
- Travel occasionally within India and internationally when required.

You'll collaborate with artists, librarians, educators, researchers, governments and international organisations to build programs that matter.

If you enjoy moving between strategy, logistics, people and ideas-and want your work to have cultural as well as technological impact, we'd love to hear from you.
