Program Management Associate —Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Program Management Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers interested in Program Management, Business Operations, Project Management, and Client Success.

You will work with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams to support business initiatives and ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of projects and business initiatives.
- Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, trackers, and dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs, identify issues, and support timely resolution.
- Assist with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays and escalate them appropriately.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from any recognized university.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong communication,



analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with teams.
- Strong willingness to learn and take ownership.

Preferred
- Internship or academic project experience in project management, operations, consulting, or business.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Experience with presentations, dashboards, or project trackers.
