About the Role

Navkar is seeking passionate and experienced CA / ACCA / COLLEGE (Ph.D. Holder) Faculty to mentor and train aspiring CA / ACCA. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students pursuing the CA /ACCA qualification.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom lectures for CA/ACCA students.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, question banks, assignments, and mock tests if required.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentor students throughout their professional journey if required.
- Stay updated with amendments, notifications, accounting standards, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

Eligibility & Experience





- Qualified CA/ACCA /Ph.D; freshly qualified professionals with strong subject knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
- 1+ year of teaching experience as a college professor in Accounting & Finance.
- Prior experience teaching CA/ACCA students at coaching institutes, colleges, or universities is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Law, Costing, Auditing, and Financial Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical examples and case studies.
