- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per the production schedule.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timeline.

- Supervise production workers and allocate work according to production requirements.

- Monitor the assembly and manufacturing process of electric vehicles and related components.

- Ensure proper use of machines, tools, equipment, and production resources.

- Check availability of required raw materials, components, and spare parts for production.

- Coordinate with Store, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and quality standards.

- Identify production issues, process delays, and material shortages and report them to the concerned manager.

- Minimize production wastage, rejection, rework, and material loss.

- Maintain proper production records, reports, and documentation.

- Monitor manpower productivity and maintain proper discipline on the production floor.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.

- Follow all company safety rules and ensure employees use required PPE.





- Coordinate with the Quality Department to resolve production-related quality issues.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of production materials and components.

- Monitor machine and equipment conditions and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for breakdowns.

- Conduct regular production floor inspections.

- Train and guide production workers regarding work processes and safety procedures.

- Perform any other production-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.

- Basic knowledge of electric vehicle assembly/manufacturing is preferred.

- Good team handling and manpower management skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Knowledge of 5S, safety, and basic quality practices.

- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and production reporting.

- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
