Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at our manufacturing facility in Faridabad. This role oversees daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include supervising production staff, monitoring machinery and workflow, implementing production schedules, and coordinating with quality assurance and maintenance teams.

The Production

Supervisor also tracks production data, identifies process improvements, and supports training and adherence to food safety regulations.



The role requires hands-on involvement in resolving operational issues and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and motivating production teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and managing Production Schedules to meet output and delivery timelines.
- Candidates should possess Production Management skills, including monitoring processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding production staff.
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing or a similar process-driven industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, or ISO 22000 is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work in shift-based operations, with solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
