Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Kim Surat

Experience: 12 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily plant production and shop-floor activities.

- Manage manpower and ensure achievement of production targets.

- Monitor production, machinery and shift operations.

- Ensure SOP, safety, quality and 5S compliance.

- Maintain production records and shift reports.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Stores and other departments.

- Handle shift handover and resolve routine production issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree with 1–2 years’ relevant plant/manufacturing experience.

- Positive communication and team-handling skills.

- Willing to work in shifts.

- Own bike and valid driving licence mandatory.

- Candidates from Kim, Kamrej, Pipodara, Kosamba, Surat and nearby areas preferred.
