The Production Supervisor at National Placement Services will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This individual will ensure that production goals are met efficiently and that all quality standards are upheld.
The Production
Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, scheduling shifts, and monitoring productivity levels. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing setting, solid leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of production processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Oversee the entire production process and ensure all operations are running smoothly
- Coordinate with production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure all products meet company specifications
- Develop and implement production schedules and communicate expectations to team members
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during production and provide quick resolutions
- Implement safety protocols and ensure production area is clean and organized at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Keep detailed records of production activities and report on progress to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
