Role: Production Supervisor – Machine Shop

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor with experience in machine shop operations and production planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day machine shop production activities
- Handle CNC, VMC and SPM machines
- Monitor production schedules, productivity and machine utilization
- Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy and adherence to drawings
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments
- Manage operators and ensure optimum manpower utilization
- Monitor tooling,



consumables and machine availability
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S and shop-floor discipline
- Maintain production reports and relevant records

Candidate Profile:

2–5 years of relevant Machine Shop / Manufacturing experience

Hands-on exposure to CNC, VMC & SPM machines

Valuable understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes

Strong shop-floor coordination and team-handling skills

Experience in engineering / manufacturing industry preferred
