- Supervise, assign, and monitor the daily work of CNC and conventional machine operators, including CNC Turning, Cutting Machines, Conventional Lathe, and Drilling Machines.

- Ensure smooth and effective production operations while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.

- Possess a working awareness of machine setting, Fanuc CNC controls, and basic program editing.

- Read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and machining requirements.

- Monitor production activities and maintain accurate production-related records and documentation.

- Coordinate effectively with Design, Quality Control (QC), Stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

- Support troubleshooting and resolve day-to-day machining and production-related issues.

- Ensure operators follow the required process, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

- Maintain flexibility to work in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as per production requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
