Role OverviewStanfab Apparels is looking for an experienced Head of PPC to drive production scheduling, capacity planning, line balancing, and lean manufacturing processes across our plant operations in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Drive end-to-end plant scheduling, capacity planning, and order flow to ensure high On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
- Industrial Engineering Integration: Apply core IE principles—Method Study, Time Study, Value Stream Mapping, Line Balancing,



and TAKT time alignment—to maximize daily SAM/SMV target achievement and OEE.
- Material & Inventory Control: Coordinate Material Requirements Planning (MRP), raw material, and WIP flow to prevent line starvation while keeping holding costs lean.
- Process Optimization: Identify shop-floor bottlenecks, eliminate waste using Lean / 5S / Kaizen tools, and continuous productivity improvement.
- Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead plant planning teams while collaborating closely with Quality, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Plant Operations.
