India's gems and jewellery market contributed around 7% to GDP and 14% to India’s total merchandize export in February’21 with a market size was at US$ 78.50 billion in FY21.

The jewellery industry in India is largely driven by individual family owned small to medium size businesses. Thus, the Group anticipates that there is scope of development of large retailers / brand in jewellery industry in near future. The venture will benefit from the retail experience, knowhow and trust build over the years with various ABG Luxury Retail Brands.





The range will be developed as a proof of concept for an integrated offering and may be diversified with multiple brands post establishment of a commercially viable business model. This role is responsible for supply planning, scheduling, control activities, root cause analysis of deviations and process improvements. #Develop and manage supply schedules based on lead times, production capacity, BG limit and demand forecast. Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockout and minimize excess inventory Analytical Acumen: Must possess strong skills in data analysis, trend evaluation, and pattern recognition, with an unwavering attention to detail.

Demonstrates proficiency and hands-on experience with production planning software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools like Power BI and MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. A proactive and resourceful approach to identifying operational challenges, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective, long-term solutions. MBA in Operations/ Supply Chain with 2+ years of experience in Supply or Material Planning using ERP/ Planning tools/ Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Jewellery industry (Supply chain, Gold sourcing, Bullion management or Material planning).
