Manager – Production Planning & Control (Toolroom PPC)

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Toolroom PPC Manager to manage production planning and scheduling for made-to-order precision tooling products. The role involves coordinating production activities, monitoring delays, ensuring material and drawings are available, and maintaining on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule daily production for all orders.
- Monitor and update production planning software regularly.
- Track production delays and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Ensure materials, engineering drawings, and tools are available before production starts.
- Coordinate with vendors for outsourced processes such as heat treatment.
- Provide realistic delivery timelines to the sales team.




- Prepare and maintain weekly reports on pending orders and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with production and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6–10 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a toolroom, precision machining, or make-to-order engineering environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good understanding of machining processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, computers, and production planning software.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Good to Have:

- Experience with press tools, dies, punch press tooling, or similar precision tooling

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
