Plan and manage production as per customer PO and delivery priorities. Decide machine-wise production priorities and manage manpower accordingly. Ensure raw material is available at the required machines and production runs smoothly.
Track material at every stage and ensure timely completion of all processes. Coordinate with plating/coating vendors and manage plating priorities and timelines. Monitor plating quality and ensure material meets required standards.
Coordinate packing and dispatch of finished goods as per delivery schedules.
