PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage production operations in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

? Location: Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area? Experience: 10–25 Years? Qualification: B.E. Mechanical | Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise overall production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets. Plan manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of SPM machines and power packs. Coordinate with Design, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance teams. Monitor production quality, productivity, and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions. Lead, guide, and manage the production team effectively.

?️ Required Skills & Knowledge





Robust knowledge of SPM machines, power packs, fabrication, and hydraulics . Knowledge of hydraulic components, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting will be an added advantage. Strong manpower handling and production planning skills. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and team-management skills.* Experience in a manufacturing/engineering industry is essential.
