Position: Manager / Senior Manager / DGM – Production

Key Responsibilities / Required Experience:

- Lead and manage end-to-end production operations in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) environment to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity targets.
- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and manufacturing resources to meet customer demand and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor production KPIs and drive shopfloor performance through effective team management and real-time decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 8D, A3, Poka-Yoke, PFMEA, and 7 QC Tools.
- Robust understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, production planning, ERP (SAP/Oracle), and MES systems.




- Lead cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 6–10 years of experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry, including experience in managing production operations.
- Technically well-rounded and displays a proficiency in electronics manufacturing techniques, processes and equipment’s.
- Expertise in quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Poka-yokes and Statistical Quality tools PFMEA,7QC Tools etc
- Experience working with and defining requirements for ERP (Preferably Oracle/SAP) and MES systems
