Responsible for end-to-end production management across multiple value streams involving engine components, filtration products, and related engineered assemblies, ensuring safe, timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven manufacturing while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production planning, capacity alignment, and manpower allocation
- Drive manufacturing execution from raw material to final dispatch
- Implement Lean, Kaizen, and productivity improvement initiatives (including automation)
- Ensure high safety standards and compliance
- Coordinate across SCM, warehouse, and production for seamless operations
- Manage demand forecasting and production scheduling decisions
- Control quality (COPQ), conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions




- Oversee outsourced manufacturing and vendor performance
- Establish efficient communication and process flow across value streams

Candidate Profile:

- BE/BTech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field
- 10+ years in manufacturing, with 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in high-volume, quality-driven environments

Key Skills:

- Strong in Lean, Kaizen, TPM, SPC, 5S, IATF standards
- Hands-on with MRP systems and production planning
- Structured problem-solving and quality tools expertise
- Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
