Role Description The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Siddipet involves planning and scheduling production activities, managing workforce allocation, and coordinating with procurement, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Skills in monitoring production metrics, analyzing operational data, and implementing process improvements and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Robust problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with attention to detail under time constraints.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams such as procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency with basic manufacturing software, production reporting tools, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role is highly beneficial.
