Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Fiber Mill production activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Monitor coconut husk input, fibre output and fibre recovery.
- Ensure required fibre quality and minimize wastage.
- Allocate and manage production workers/contract labour effectively.
- Monitor machine operation and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production.
- Maintain daily production, manpower, downtime and recovery records.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain 5S and valuable housekeeping in the production area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
