Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Execution: Oversee venue setup, construction, and dismantling while managing the daily event schedule.

- Vendor &
- Technical Coordination:

Supervise fabricators, AV (audio-visual) teams, lighting, staging, trussing, LED setups, and decor suppliers.

- Budget &

- Cost Control:

Negotiate contracts, track expenses, handle vendor reconciliation, and ensure profitability.

- Logistics &

- Compliance:

Conduct venue inspections (recces), secure permissions, and manage safety regulations and manpower.

- Problem-Solving: Fix last-minute technical or logistical issues during live events. [1]

Required Skills &

- Profile

- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of fabrication, sound, lights, staging, and material handling.

- Vendor Network: Established local contacts for equipment rentals, printing, and labor.

- Soft Skills: High-stress management, effective communication, negotiation, and time management.

- Experience: Typically 5 to 9years of hands-on experience in event production, advertising, or exhibition management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
