About the Role The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Production Engineer to manage and optimize production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, and improving productivity on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and execute daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain product quality standards and minimize defects and rework.
- Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and quality control teams.
- Interpret and work with technical drawings and production specifications.
- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support machine maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and shop floor discipline.




- Collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Train and guide junior engineers and shop floor staff.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of quality control and process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
- Preferable with Wooden, Manufacturing, Production Industry

Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering
- 1–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in factory/shop floor setting
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
